Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, shipping is included in the purchase price.

Returns & Refunds

General Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will fully refund the purchase price of your item if you contact us within 7 days of your item being received. After 7 days all sales are final. Item receipt is determined by carrier shipping confirmations. Your refund will be processed after we receive your unwanted purchase back as long as it is still in the same condition as it was when you received it.

 

At this time, we cannot pay for return shipping, handling, or packaging and recommend saving the packaging the item came in to return it to us. We will not refund or accept returns of items that were damaged after you received them. Processing times vary depending on the method of payment you used (Paypal, Stripe, credit card, etc.) and is dependent upon the processing turn around times of the individual companies who perform these transaction services.

We are happy to exchange an item if you notify us of intent to exchange within 7 days after you received your first purchased item. Exchanges can only be made if your original purchase is returned to us in the same condition that it was sold to you. Exchange turn around times are dependent on third-party print on demand and shipping providers but we will strive to make this process as easy and quick as possible for you.

Damaged Items

Upon receipt of your damaged item, please notify us immediately. If possible, please include pictures of the damaged item and save all packaging. Once you contact us we will send you a return shipping label and will refund your purchase fully. If you would prefer to exchange your item for another, let us know and we will help you through that process.

Cancellations

If you made a purchase you would like to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we cannot cancel your purchase because we use third-party print on demand services and shippers, and this will not give them enough time to cancel your order. After 24 hours you will need to refer to our General Returns policy to receive a refund.

Privacy

Unless required by law, your information including but not limited to email addresses, personal addresses, telephone numbers, etc., will not be shared and shall be kept confidential. Your personal information will never be sold or used outside of store purchases, marketing, and promotion. You may opt out of any store promotions, newsletters, etc., at any time by contacting us here.
