I Was One of Those Kids

You know, the quiet one holding the notebook. The tattered, dog-eared notebook filled with bits of writing and curious sketches of plants, animals, and imaginary beings. Today, I continue to paint and draw for my own enjoyment.

Frequently Asked Questions

May I use your images?

If you'd like to use any of the images, please contact me.

Where can I buy your artwork?

If you would like to purchase original artwork, here is a link to my shop.

Are you open to commissions?

Unfortunately, as of 2023, I can no longer take commissions. I appreciate your understanding and if that changes in the future I will let you know as soon as possible. In the meantime, please enjoy the art  : )

What mediums do you use to make your art?

Anything that will do the job. I've worked with things like wood, metal, and acrylic paint. Paper mache. Clay. Cardboard. Sometimes I mess around with digital art and graphics. Photos I take and mutate digitally. Bits of "upcycled" stuff people throw away. Sticks are fun, too.

Who influenced your art?

Animated films, comics, magazines like National Geographic, graphic novels, Edward Gorey, Norman Rockwell, and so on. I love browsing art museums and pondering how the artist made their creations. There's a lot of fun creative people to follow online, too.
